    High School Summer Academy is operated by the Gordon A. Cain Center for STEM Literacy (222 Prescott Hall).

    What to pack

    As you prepare for a great week of living on campus, we have created this printable checklist so you can make sure that you have everything you will need. 

    Personal Items

    • Pillow
    • Twin XL bed linens
    • Bath towel
    • Swim towel
    • Soap/deodorant
    • Toothpaste/brush
    • Shower cap/slippers
    • Shampoo/conditioner
    • Comb/brush
    • Personal hygiene items
    • Laundry bag
    • Cash ($40–$100) for:
      • snacks;
      • incidentals;
      • souvenirs; or
      • ice cream from the LSU Dairy Store.
    • Medication:
      • Over-the-counter drugs must be in its original container.
      • LSU prohibits students from sharing any type of medication.
      • LSU staff will not dispense any type of medication or offer pharmaceutical advice.
      • Prescription drugs must be in its original container bearing a licensed physician's instructions.
