Decor Dos

• Maximize space by lofting or bunking your bed, allowing for extra storage and seating. Add a futon or chair with pillows to maximize functionality without compromising on style.
• Use blackout curtains to block the morning sun and take afternoon naps to the next level.  
• Utilize bed skirts to conceal items underneath your bed, maintaining a tidy and clutter-free environment.

Decor Do Nots

• Wallpaper should not be used in your room. There are better ways to elevate your space such as string lights.

• Bringing too many clothes can be overwhelming. Just bring what you need for that season, it鈥檚 hot most of the year in Louisiana!  
• Candles, incense, and wax warmers may smell good, but are a hazard for you and your neighbors.
• While trendy, lava lamps and other lamps that use halogen lightbulbs are not allowed.
• Placing your bed-on-bed risers is a recipe for disaster, so request to have your bed raised at your front desk.
