LSU Department of World Languages, Literatures & Cultures Professor Mark Wagner

Mark Wagner, professor of Arabic in the LSU Department of World Languages, Literatures & Cultures, has been awarded a fellowship at the Netherlands Institute for Advanced Study in the Humanities and Social Sciences. Wagner will undertake the research project titled, “The Rothschilds of Arabia and Africa: The Rise and Fall of a Jewish Mercantile Empire Under the British Raj.â€

LSU and Chartwells Higher Education have partnered to unveil the first Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen location on a college campus within the Southeastern Conference. Slated to open in late 2022, the new space will offer counter service and a dine-in experience, along with a walk-up window service.
