Scholarship Information
The LSU Board of Supervisors maintains a selective Scholarship Program for students demonstrating academic abilities and talents. Below are the instructions for applying for a scholarship.
Scholarship Portal and Steps
For those interested in applying, applications are accepted through the Board鈥檚 scholarship portal: . The portal requires you to create an account (select 鈥淩egister鈥�) and submit your application online. You may access and update the online application.
Program Policy
Please review the Board of Supervisors Policy for important information about the scholarship provisions including value limitations and scholastic performance requirements.
Once an application is received by the Board of Supervisors office it will be maintained for the entirety of the academic year.
2025-2026 Application Process
The scholarship application for the 2025-26 academic year will open on Monday, March 10, 2025. The application is valid for the 2025 summer, 2025 fall, and 2026 spring semesters.
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis throughout the academic year, therefore, there is no set application deadline. Board members have the flexibility to award scholarships at any time throughout the academic year. However, we make every effort to issue awarded scholarships before fee bill deadlines. If a scholarship is awarded after this deadline, the recipient will receive a credit to their student account.
Only students who are selected for a scholarship will receive a notification from the Office of the Board of Supervisors via email.
